The 3 most common ways customers break their phones

1) Falling out of your pocket

The most common is the phone falling out of pockets! This tends to be when getting in and out of the car. I'm sure many can relate! So unfortunate!

2) Pets

We love them and wouldn't be without them but they do like to get in our personal space. The lovely little furbabies in our life like to jump up unexpectedly and knock phones out of hands, off the kitchen table, or just about anywhere! But let's be honest, they will still always come first.

3) Dropping them down the toilet

This is probably one of the more frustrating reasons. We all know phones and water generally do not mix yet many of us use our toilet breaks as a time to check out Facebook or cram in another level of candy crush. Unfortunately due to the water damage, these can be some of the more expensive repairs or in some cases, they cannot be repaired at all. Some would say "you are literally throwing money down the toilet".
