WARRANTY
All of our repairs are covered by a 6 months warranty this covers your for manufacturing issues it does not cover you for accidental damage, water damage or user damage.

All of our accessories, phone cases, Charging plugs and leads are covered under our 12 months warranty again this does not cover accidental damage, water damage or user damage
SHIPPING
All orders for repairs will be posted as soon as the repairs are complete, you will be notified when your item ships and supplied with a tracking number

All orders for accessories, phone cases, Charging plugs and leads will be posted within 2 working days and the item will be shipped using a 24 or 48-hour service

RETURNS
if you are not happy with an item you have purchased online please call us on 01474 520741 and we will give you an RMA number to include with your return so we can refund you promptly this needs to be done within 14 days of receiving the item unless the item is faulty, if your item is faulty please phone us and we will replace or refund you at your purchase price once the item has been returned to us
